Dr. Aaron Harmon is the General Manager and Director of Quality at Inanovate where he oversees the execution of their operational strategy. He is also responsible for the implementation and oversight of their Quality Management System for FDA compliance. He previously served in management roles at both Novartis and Elanco. His industry experience includes vaccine development, pharma, and medical devices.

Dr. Harmon is co-founder of the quality assurance professionals network called QUIBIT and he is the Host of the Inside Out Quality Podcast. His podcast on quality assurance is accessed in over 55 countries and regularly includes guests from organizations such as FDA and NASA.
