Great Plains Writers' Tour - Stephanie Anderson

Stephanie Anderson is the author of From the Ground Up: The Women Revolutionizing Regenerative Agriculture (The New Press, November 2024) and One Size Fits None: A Farm Girl's Search for the Promise of Regenerative Agriculture (University of Nebraska Press, 2019), which earned a Midwest Book Award and Nautilus Book Award. Stephanie's essays and short stories have appeared in Fourth Genre, The Rumpus, TriQuarterly, Flyway, The Pinch, Hotel Amerika, The Conversation, The Chronicle Review, and many others. She is the 2020 winner of the Margolis Award for nonfiction writers of social justice journalism and the 2022 Ninth Letter/Illinois Regenerative Agriculture Initiative Regeneration Literary Contest. Stephanie serves as a series editor for the University of Nebraska Press Our Regenerative Future book series. She holds an MFA in creative nonfiction from Florida Atlantic University, where she serves as Assistant Professor of Creative Nonfiction.
