Jessica Giesinger is an experienced regulatory and quality management professional with more than 20 years of expertise in agricultural biotechnology, plant health, and product stewardship. She currently serves as Global Regulatory Manager at Zoetis, where she supports biologics submissions. In addition to her industry role, Jessica leads her own consultancy focused on plant agriculture and plant health, supporting companies with regulatory submissions, biosafety reviews, and quality system development across the United States, Canada, Australia, and Brazil.
Her career experience includes leadership positions at Loam Bio, Pivot Bio, and DuPont Pioneer (now Corteva Agriscience), where she directed regulatory strategy, built quality management systems, and collaborated with international regulators to enable global product movement. With much of her career rooted in plant health and biotech, she has developed and implemented compliance and quality frameworks that improved operational efficiency, reduced risk, and ensured alignment with complex regulatory requirements.
Jessica holds a Master of Science in Plant Pathology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Botany from Iowa State University. She is also a Certified Quality Auditor through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals, she shares her knowledge of regulatory science, compliance, and quality assurance in agriculture, biotechnology, and animal health.
