Research Interests
As a former DII collegiate distance runner and triathlete, Abe has a passion for research pertaining to endurance sports and sports nutrition & fueling. He aims to not only utilize research to benefit his own performance but to help develop a further understanding of endurance training to help those also interested in improving their fitness and overall health & well-being.
