BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Lakshman Chandrashekhar is the Chair of the Business Department a Mount Marty University. He has more than 30 years of experience in teaching Business Management across seven states here in the USA and in two other continents (Europe, and Asia). He has served as management consultant and training & development provider to many leading companies. He is an active researcher and has published several books and dozens of articles on Cross-cultural management, HRM, leadership, and ethics.
