Mount Marty College Homecoming Royalty Announced

The Mount Marty College faculty, staff, and senior students recently voted for homecoming royalty candidates among its eligible senior class. Five women and five men were chosen to be candidates for Lord and Lady Marben as part of the Annual Homecoming Coronation taking place on Saturday, October 13.

Coronation will be held between the Lancer Women's Soccer game and the Lancer Men’s Soccer game at Crane Youngworth Field. Coronation is one of many student activities scheduled during the weeklong "Lancer Days 2018”.

The five women chosen were: Kiana Hoff, Lake Preston, SD, daughter of Mark and Jodi Hoff; Samantha Kasowski, Colton, SD, daughter of Marcia Kasowski and the late Dave Kasowski; Mikayla Prouty, Willow Lake, SD, daughter of Mark and Donna Prouty; Taryn Urbaniak, Sturgis, SD, daughter of Pat and Julie Urbaniak; and Maggie Wallis, Yankton, SD, daughter of Beth Wallis.

The five men chosen were: Shaye Bloch, Lesterville, SD, son of Steve and Julie Bloch; Joseph Brinkman, Jackson, MN, son of Michael and Mary Brinkman; Arthur Gallegos, Las Vegas, NV, son of Artie and Karna Gallegos; Ty Kinnenberg, Parkston, SD, son of Anthony and Jayne Kinnenberg; and Reece Mimmack, Sioux Falls, SD, son of John and Laurie Mimmack.

Lord and Lady Marben will be crowned by last year's Lord, Ben Hegge.
