A native of Lima, Peru, Saenz spent much of his youth on the soccer field, his love of soccer carried him to MMC, where he played for the Lancer Soccer program before graduating in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Today, he’s the group fitness coordinator at the Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA in South Sioux City, Nebraska, where he also serves as a Wellness Coach. Mount Marty College Reports Exceptional Growth in Freshman and Transfer Students
YANKTON, SD — During a time of enrollment-struggles among higher education institutions nationwide, Mount Marty College (MMC) is enjoying a surge in new students. The college welcomed 169 new undergraduate students for the 2018-2019 academic year; an increase of 16.55% over 2017-2018. MMC reports the largest group of new freshman students the college has enrolled since 2004.
